MEMBERSHIP
From urban infill to rental housing and suburban community development, the Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIALAV) is a strong political voice advocating on behalf of the entire residential building and development industry in our area.

The BIALAV recognizes the significant need to build more housing at a lower cost to accommodate the continued growth of our region.  New home construction faces threats on various levels on a daily basis.  The BIALAV is in the mix on the most important issues for our industry including mansionization, water supply, impact fees and utility processing times.

REGIONAL ACCESS

When you join the BIALAV Chapter, you automatically become a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California with membership access to our other chapters in Orange County, Riverside and San Bernardino.  This allows our members with additional projects/interests across the region to have access to other BIA chapters.
